Honestly, consistency is key. Just make sure you listen to your body. A little past full is fine, but going too far can lead to an awkward conversation with an ER nurse.
I'm not big on inflation, but I used to hang around that space a bit when I was figuring out my place in the community. Apparently, the more visceral fat you have around your middle, the harder it can be to reach your max potential. So keep that in mind if you plan on getting fat too.
